This product didn't arrive for well over a month after I ordered it.
I was anxious to receive it as I've been struggling with and have been recently diagnosed with ocular rosacia.
I've tried the towelette wipe twice now.
The first time literally burned so bad that it made me cry and I had to rinse with water. Today was day 2 it took almost a full minute for the burn to go away.
I don't care for the strong odor either.
Not sure about their policy on returns but I plan on calling customer support.

The towelettes helped relieve symptoms of my long term dry eye syndrome, but the chemicals in them made my eyes burn too much. I tried using ointments and gels to soothe the burning in my eyes, but they blocked my vision or caused crusting in my eyes.

Im sorry this is not the answer to my dry eye problem.

They called me to get a physical address because my mailing address is a PO Box. The caller was very nice and my package came shortly thereafter. Very happy with my purchase.

Service was efficient. My only complaint is the smell of this product … oh my, it smells like the chemistry class had an experiment malfunction. I’m hoping my condition is improving quickly so I can discontinue use.
